My Story
My professional career began as a special education teacher. Later, after graduate school, I became a university professor and instructed future teachers and school psychologists. I have two children, seven grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. While my professional career required research and writing, after I retired, I became a Christian author. Now I seek to answer God’s call to share the good news and grow the church through writing Christian books and devotionals. I have been blessed to receive multiple awards for my writing. The awards include: the Mom’s Choice Award. Christian Indie Award, Firebird Book Award, American Writing Award, PenCraft Award, Readers Views Silver Award, and International Book Award Finalist.
